Stringing Stonecrop Sedum (Kuab Nplai Dib): A Versatile and Medicinal Plant
In Hmong culture, this plant is used to treat morning sickness in pregnant women. Typically, a few sprigs, including both leaves and stems, are chopped and scrambled with an egg, then steamed. Once the egg is fully cooked and firm, it is served to the pregnant mother and she is to eat this first thing in the morning before breakfast.
